Structural Module Fabrication & Installation
Fabrication, load-out and installation of offshore structural modules, skids and support steel.
Overview
We fabricate and install the steel that carries everything else — process modules, pipe racks, equipment skids, access structures and pad-eyes. Work is done in our yard and on-site, from cutting and fit-up through welding, NDT and final load-out.
Executed to
- AWS D1.1 — Structural Welding Code, Steel
- ASME Section IX — Welding Qualification
- DNV-OS-C401 — Fabrication and Testing of Offshore Structures
- SSPC / NACE surface preparation grades
