Discipline / 01

Structural Module Fabrication & Installation

Fabrication, load-out and installation of offshore structural modules, skids and support steel.

Overview

We fabricate and install the steel that carries everything else — process modules, pipe racks, equipment skids, access structures and pad-eyes. Work is done in our yard and on-site, from cutting and fit-up through welding, NDT and final load-out.

Executed to

  • AWS D1.1 — Structural Welding Code, Steel
  • ASME Section IX — Welding Qualification
  • DNV-OS-C401 — Fabrication and Testing of Offshore Structures
  • SSPC / NACE surface preparation grades

Scope of works

  • Module and skid fabrication to approved drawings
  • Structural steel cutting, rolling, fit-up and welding
  • Pipe racks, walkways, stairs, handrails and access platforms
  • Pad-eye and lifting-lug design support and fabrication
  • Surface preparation, blasting and protective coating
  • Load-out, transportation, lifting and offshore installation
  • Non-destructive testing — visual, MPI, DPI, UT and RT
  • Dimensional control and as-built survey
