01 — Our Culture

Trades first.
Always have been.

This is a company run by people who came off the tools. That shapes everything — how scopes get planned, how crews get treated, and who gets listened to when something on site does not look right.

  • Certification paid for

We fund coding renewals, safety courses and Ex refreshers for crew who stay current and stay safe.

  • Progression that is real

Fitters become chargehands, chargehands become supervisors. Most of our supervisors started on the tools with us.

  • Work you can point at

Modules, vessels and platforms across the region — the kind of scope that builds a CV worth having.

  • Safety that is not a poster

Stop-work authority from day one, and a management team that backs you when you use it.
