Overview
Piping is where offshore schedules are won or lost. We prefabricate spools to isometrics, install them on board, and take the system through flushing, pressure testing and reinstatement — with the joint records and test packs to prove it.

- Spool prefabrication from approved isometrics

- Hydraulic power units, tubing runs and flushing to NAS class
- Valve installation, replacement and overhaul
- Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing
- Pipe supports, spring hangers and penetration sealing
- Test-pack compilation and joint traceability records
